Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The terms and conditions represent the contract between BLOOMEASE and the customer.

1.2 The outlined terms and conditions apply to all our residential cleaning services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning and furniture cleaning.

1.3 By getting the services provided by BLOOMEASE, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1Agreement: Refers to the contract between BLOOMEASE and the customer, including these terms and conditions.

2.2 BLOOMEASE: The service provider offering residential cleaning services.

2.3 Customer: The individual hiring BLOOMEASE for services.

2.4 Quotation: The estimated price provided by BLOOMEASE for the requested service, valid for a specified period.

2.5 Service Staff: The employees or contractors hired by BLOOMEASE to provide services.

3. Types and Scope of Services

3.1 Service Categories 

BLOOMEASE offers the following cleaning services:

  1. Regular Cleaning (One-time/Recurring) 
  2. Deep Cleaning 
  3. Moving-in / out cleaning
  4. Post-renovation cleaning
  5. Mattress cleaning
  6.  Sofa cleaning
  7. Curtain cleaning
  8. Carpet cleaning

3.2 Service Limitations 

Does not include valuable items, delicate equipment (such as antiques and artworks), or high-risk tasks (such as exterior window cleaning,more than one meter above the ground).

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Booking 

4.1.1Hourly service fees are booked based on website pricing, with a minimum service duration of three hours.

4.1.2 When you make a Recurring Order, payments will be collected in advance for a specified period. Recurring services renew automatically unless canceled or modified in advance by the customer.

4.2 Payment Methods 

Only PayNow or bank transfer is accepted.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Ensure the service environment complies with Singapore’s relevant laws and regulations.

5.2 Any concerns regarding service quality or issues (such as missing items) must be raised within three days.

5.3 It is better for customers to provide cleaning equipment and materials and ensure their safety.

6. BLOOMEASE Responsibilities

6.1 Ensure all service staff receive training in cleaning skills and safety.

6.2 Provide reasonable compensation for damages caused by staff errors with clear evidence,and the compensation is not more than a single service charge.

6.3 If the customer is dissatisfied and it is confirmed by BLOOMEASE that the issue is due to negligence by the service staff, BLOOMEASE will provide a free re-service.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1Cancellations or modification must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% fee will be charged.

7.2 If our service staff are unable to perform the agreed service upon arrival due to certain circumstances, the full service fee will be charged. These circumstances include but are not limited to: 1. The service staff cannot enter the customer’s premises due to a locked door. 2. The customer fails to provide a safe and appropriate working environment as outlined in the ‘Customer Responsibilities’ section, such as outdoor cleaning, non-residential areas, and tasks beyond the scope of services listed on the website.

7.3 No fee will be charged for cancellation due to BLOOMEASE.

8. Confidentiality

BLOOMEASE is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and will not share it with unrelated third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, they can be settled via the Small Claims Tribunal or a mediation service.

10. Amendments

BLOOMEASE reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will take effect 24 hours after being published on the website.
